3. Personalized Evaluation & Care
- Initial Visit (60 Minutes):
Your first session includes a thorough health history and detailed assessment to fully understand your needs. We’ll then develop a customized treatment plan focused on your specific goals, whether pain relief, mobility improvement, or overall wellness. This session will include treatment. - Follow-Up Visits (30-45 Minutes):
Each follow-up session includes a brief progress review and assessment, followed by targeted, personalized treatment to address any ongoing or new concerns.
4. What to Expect During Treatment
Treatments may include a combination of:
- Hands-on chiropractic adjustments or assisted tool adjustments. We work with the patient on the best fit for you.
- Soft tissue therapy to release muscle tension.
- Graston Technique for myofascial release.
